PFH’s Recruitment services framework provides social housing providers and landlords with access to suppliers for permanent, interim and temporary roles across the UK, helping reduce recruitment time, stay compliant, and fill positions efficiently.

About our procurement framework

Slow or ad-hoc hiring can disrupt frontline services and affect resident wellbeing. By providing compliant, flexible recruitment routes, this framework enables landlords to build strong, capable teams, keeping communities safe, supported, and thriving.

Our Recruitment Services procurement framework provides housing providers with access to suppliers for a range of recruitment needs. It covers fully managed services where providers handle sourcing and placement, general recruitment access via approved suppliers, and a talent bank platform to manage pre-qualified candidates. Members benefit from faster recruitment, compliant processes and support to reduce administrative effort. National and regional supplier coverage ensures you can fill positions locally or across multiple sites, while following a consistent and compliant route to market.
